rahul.md On an average, 450 new vehicles are added to the traffic in Mumbai annually.
State government is opposed to the idea, but has come up with some other options like creating high-occupancy lanes on major roads, where cars carrying three or more persons would be allowed, thus encouraging 'car-pooling'.
